1. Acceptance of these terms

AimMent (“AimMent”, “we”, “us”) provides learning tools, content and AI features for students. By accessing or using aimment.com or our apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use AimMent.

2. Who can use AimMent

AimMent is intended for students preparing for school and competitive exams, and for their parents or guardians. If you are under 18, you may use AimMent only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. One account is for one person; accounts may not be shared or resold.

4. Acceptable use

To keep AimMent fair and available for everyone, you agree not to:

• •Scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk-download or systematically copy our questions, notes, answers or any content, by any manual or automated means.
• •Reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our datasets, prompts or source code.
• •Use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the service, or bypass rate limits, paywalls or security controls.
• •Resell, white-label or commercially exploit AimMent without an authorised partner agreement.
• •Upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or disrupt the service or other users.

5. Our intellectual property

All content on AimMent - including questions, explanations, notes, stories, diagrams, study plans, code, design and the AimMent name and logo - is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own learning only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on AimMent infringes your copyright, email hello@aimment.com with the work concerned, the location on AimMent, your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief. We will review and act on valid notices, including removing infringing material.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and are in Indian Rupees unless stated. Payments are processed by our payment partner; by paying you also agree to their terms. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. AI-generated content

AimMent uses AI to help explain concepts and generate practice material. AI can make mistakes and is for educational support only - it is not a substitute for your textbooks, teachers, or professional (medical, legal or financial) advice. Always verify important facts.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AimMent is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee particular exam results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimMent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached (for example, scraping or abuse). You may stop using AimMent at any time; certain terms survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations of liability.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at your registered place of business shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as AimMent evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
