How do I choose the right coaching, books and test series?
Pick proven, not flashy. For coaching, judge teaching quality and doubt support over big advertisements; use a few standard books (not dozens); and choose a test series with a large, serious student base and good analysis.
For coaching, the brand's ads matter far less than the actual teachers, batch size, doubt-clearing system and how past students at your level (not just toppers) fared — try a demo class if possible. For books, resist collecting many: master NCERT plus one or two standard reference/problem books per subject; more books usually means less depth. For a test series, the key is a large pool of serious students (so your rank and percentile are meaningful) and detailed post-test analysis. Consistency with a few good resources beats hopping between many.
